We would like to welcome you to our subdivision.  You chose to live here and we hope to catch you home so we can welcome you personally to our neighborhood.  Please contact our Sunshine Welcome Committee when convenient so they can meet with your for 10-15 minutes.  They have a folder with helpful information and goodies, plus a GMCA mug filled with candy.

We would like to welcome every new neighbor personally. We need your help to do this.  If you see someone moving in or out of a home, or if you are the new owner/renter, contact us and give us the address and street so we can update our records and schedule a welcome visit.

If there are any VACANT homes near you, we need to know that information also.  Help us by alerting us that  someone moved out and/or moved in, we need to know so that we can make sure the sale and/or rental property has been given a COO (Certificate of Occupancy) after inspection. 

We want to make sure our master list is kept up-to-date so we can make sure we welcome all new neighbors to our subdivision.  

2023 MEMBERSHIP DUES COLLECTION
Collection starts with the May/Jun newsletter issue.  ENVELOPES are due back by 8/15.  Please return your envelopes promptly.  Return your envelope even if your answer is no so we can mark you off the door-to-door collection list.  If you cannot afford to pay the amount, give what you can.  Door-to-door will commence in September.

DUES Payment Options
Membership Dues Breakdown
Your dues fee is $25, which is minuscule compared to many surrounding communities (can be as low as $100 to as high as $300+).  Ours is not that much for what we are able to do with it.  Please remember, if you are unable to pay the full $25 due to family constraints, let us know and discuss paying an amount you can afford.  
It works out to:
$2.09 per month (for 12 months) = $25.08
$ .49 per week (for 52 weeks) = $25.48
$ .07 per day (for 365 days) = $25.55

WAY TO SAVE UP MONEY TO PAY YOUR DUES!
Grab a jar, label it GMCA Dues, put one of the ABOVE amounts in it for the duration of time and when it comes time to pay your dues, it won't hurt so much!
